The Running Bitcoin Challenge brings together Hal Finney’s love of running and Bitcoin to raise funds and awareness for ALS research in his honor.
At least 80% of all donations directly support the Hal Finney ALS/MND Research Fund, advancing groundbreaking global research into ALS and other motor neuron diseases.
Participants are challenged to complete the distance of a half marathon — all at once or cumulatively — by running, walking, rolling, or hiking, anytime and anywhere during 2026.
